Tariff and Terms at Holden House
Tariff
Single Bedroom and Breakfast from £38.00 to £43.00 per room
Double /Twin Bedroom and Breakfast from £60.00 to £65.00 per room
Family Bedroom and Breakfast from £70.00 to £75.00 per room
Arrival
Check-in time on the day of arrival is from 4.00 pm onwards. If, for any reason, you require to get into your room earlier in the day or anticipate arriving after 10 pm, please let us know.
Departure
We ask that rooms are vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure; but feel free to leave your car with us while you take that last minute stroll.
Booking Terms
In order to confirm a booking you can either let us have a cheque (payable to 'Holden House') for a sum to be agreed at the time of booking, or simply let us have your credit card details to hold as security. If securing the room on a credit/debit card nothing will be taken from the card, however if you cancel the booking or fail to turn up the first nights accommodation charge will be made to the card details given.
Failure to cancel giving us 48 hours notice could result in the first night’s accommodation charge being levied, if we are unable to re let the room.
Most major credit cards accepted. However, with Credit Cards please note there is a surcharge of 3% to cover banking charges.
